I fit a new pump. Drained the whole system and fired it back up. Still only have 3 rads working. Rest are all cold and there is no hot water near the valves. If i put it on CH the water tank heats up and 3 rads. If it's on HW same result. I have fit a new actuator, Pump and Thermostat nothing...

The actuator is doing whatever it's called for CH or HW. But thats not making my radiators hot

Yes i did that. Whatever position the Actuator is in or the valve only the Water Tank gets how.Heating isn't working no matter what i do

IMO In my opinion lol I thought you were being technical. All the pipes are hot, I have just turned CH Only on and this time only 2 rads are working. These same rads work no matter if it's CH or on HW. Also when i run CH only the Water gets piping hot. Seems to me that the Valve is stuck in HW mode.

The Actuator is brand new i bought it on Saturday. I think i will have to change the valve.

I released them all Pins seem to be ok. Still only got 3 radiators working. This has me beaten

Did that and a few of them were stuck in the down position
