    Cracks appearing in walls from upstairs renovation

    Hi there I live in a ground floor apartment. Upstairs is getting a compete refurbishment and I’ve noticed large cracks appearing on my walls near ceiling and in corners (see images). What is happening here? Thanks Claire

    interior and exterior cracks by windowsill

    Hi there I’ve noticed some cracks in my bedroom wall by the window. This wall is damp and sometimes wet. There is also a crack on the outside in the same place. Is this subsidenc? Thanks!
