Thank you. What are my options for adding a downlight at the bottom of the stairs? Chase a cable from the existing light all the way down?

Is it possible to spur off a two way light switch for a new downlight? - I can't run a cable from the current downlights so can I spur off one of the existing switches? If this is possible, how to I wire this switch? Please see the switch and diagram. Thank you!
