We purchased the towel radiator with specs given to us by the bathroom fitter. Their response was the ceiling came "lower than we anticipated". They have adjusted things slightly on the bracket so that there is no more contact with the ceiling but still I feel this is rather poor.

Evening! We have had an ensuite bathroom fitted today and the installers have installed the towel radiator in such a way that it has damaged and is resting against the sloping ceiling (loft conversion). I don't think this is an acceptable way to have installed the radiator but I am being told...
