Internal wall. Just another room on the other side. I only ask because of the radiator and wondering if it’s likely that pipes would run up the wall on the side. Is that a common thing? If you can forgive my complete ignorance

Hello! In the middle of putting up some acoustic slat panels and as I’m about to do the last one, my stud finder is going nuts! Is there likely to be pipes or electrical wiring I risk hitting or is it just picking up metal studs? Pics attached.
