Yes both corners on rear, the right looks more like mortar deteriation and doesnt come down as far. The rear elevation is south facing. The front is completely fine. ATB

Yes its a roof level, hopefully the other pics will give a better idea. No idea how long its been there, been in about a year, wasnt mentioned on level 2 survey.
