I've had a builder round to quote up putting in a new downstairs toilet room. Attached PDF quote and what it entails. I'm genuinely curious and looking for second opinions. The full quote is £8,500 plus VAT (so £10,000) Is this a reasonable price for the work it entails? To me this feels on...
