Thanks for the reply. Yes it has one. The thing is that this doesn't happen to most of the bathroom paint - i.e. from the first time I painted it. It doesn't even effect the regular paint under the bathroom paint. That would get mould spots after a few weeks, but not flake like that.

My bathroom ceiling was painted with bathroom paint, but when I did it I missed a few patches. I wanted to fix those to prevent mould spots (the room has no window and gets really humid). But soon after I painted over the patches (regular paint underneath), the new bathroom paint started to peel...
