Yeah those two threaded holes are a mystery. There are no grub screws in any of the hinges (or in another similar door) so not sure what their purpose is. Will need to call a man out to assess I think. Thank you for the responses.

Hello there - I've a 4-hinge uPVC door that is catching the frame towards the top of the doorway and needs adjustment. I'm after some advice on how the hinges actually adjust though - it's not obvious to me and I've searched this forum and the interwebs on general for similar, but cant seem to...
