Thanks for the reply Agile, Though i would love to look through all the postings on this site to find the answer to my question...... i do work full time...... and I feel that your fast response in 2 mins ( very much appreciated.) was the faster option than trawling through them...

Just moved house and the boiler is a Vokera excell . Th vented flue fan is running constantly even when no demand is on the boiler...... is there a flow switch or something maybe sticking in the on position??? any suggestions??
