Hi, I have a Solo Single Lever Mono Basin Mixer Tap, and the head on top keeps falling off, since it did it the first time it has been a real struggle to get hot water coming out of it, if at all, does anyone know what could be going on here? I'm not very good with plumbing and afraid of calling...
