Hello, The lights in my sister's tenant's flat won't come on. All the sockets and other appliances (cooker, shower etc.) are working fine. I presume a fuse needs to be replaced to sort out the problem with the lights. But, the fuse box is a very old and dodgy looking one. The cover is...
