ok, fair enough, thought there probably wasn't a way to remove them... thanks for the advice guys ;0)

Last year i put up a some shelves in my rented accomodation using plasterboard cavity fixings i.e. little devices that you tap into the wall and when you put the screw in, they 'open out' inside the wall. I wondered if anyone could tell me how to remove them with the least amount of damage...
