    Thanks very much, Stuart 45... so it IS possible to fill it! All I need now, is to find someone who is capable of doing that work. You say that the Councils used to do it/do it, when insulating their own properties? Perhaps I could ask their Estates dept? And is it costly work? Any ideas...
