that was a quick answer, how exactly would the gaffer tape pull the plug up though its absolutely stuck solid

the metal twister that you turn for the bath plug to pop out has got stuck, its impossible to remove the side of the bath to get underneath because of the tiling etc, any ideas on how i can remove the plug please. thanks.
