hi i need to get a couple of electric heaters for 2 rooms
could anyone tell me what are the cheapest to run i.e.
halogen heater
convector heater
oil filled heater

need to take radiator off to do some decorating it has twin entry valve
so do i just turn the valve off and drain the radiator?
i have done it before with the valves at each end of radiator but not with the twin valve ones
