    quick word of warning-my local travis perkins are selling out of date plaster, and there warehouseman thought it may be a store wide problem. even worse they offered me a rubbish discount when i bought this to their attention

    Ahh, give the poor bloke a break! :roll: Personally, I found removing the piles of rubble dumped under the floorboards by some previous builder, which then got soaked by leaking waste pipes from the bathroom was a slightly better solution than the £6000 quote for the chemical treatment.
