I've got it working thankfully, but maybe you can help - it was the pump as you thought. There is a small dial on top of the pump (which is a standalone one next to the hot water tank). This has three settings, 1-3, and was set at 1. I've never changed that and its not been knocked or anything...

I think so yeah - should it run continuously or only when the boiler is on? Could it just be the pump thats done in?

Hi, my boiler appears to have packed in today. The pilot light is lit ok, and its been working ok of late but this morning and tonight there's no heat in the radiators and no hot water. The thermostat is set high enough that it should be on but it just seems as though the boiler isn't 'lighting'...
