I think you've got it!! CWST 1 feeds HWC 1 CWST 2 feeds HWC 2 Ball valve on CWST 1 to refill Draw to shower from CWST 1 Connection pipe between CWST 1 and CWST 2 to refill and ensure same level CWST 2 is the one that gets hot!! So would you just have another ballvalve on CWST 2...

I have a power shower fitted with a pump that comes from the top of the tank, as shown below. The pipe leading from the top of the tank to the hot water taps is hot all along, so no mains pressure into that. The other pipe leading from the top of the tank to the pump as in the picture...
