    sealed roof tiles

    sprayed foam insulation has,apparently been applied (about 10 years ago) to the underside of the roof tiles on the house we are about to buy. we have been told this can cause damp in the roof timbers and wonder the best way to get some ventilation up there,short of re-roofing.
