Hello people, The upstairs Rads work great but no heating down stairs(DOWN STAIRS RADS COLD) / No CH when water is heating up? So I shut all the upstairs rads off ( WHILE THE CH IS WORKING) the downstairs get hot. But when I turn on the Rads on upstairs the rads downstairs get cold. But...
