Hi everyone, Got an odd problem that i have luke warm water from 2 taps in house (bath & kitchen sink) and hot water from bath room sink. Also only have warm water from shower. Very odd. I also get a fishy type smell from behind the bathroom - waste pipe i think, not sure these are...
