Not using DHW part of Oil Combi Boiler

This boiler doesn't have a separate dhw store the main (and only) jacket primes continuously for hw production through DV and plate HE. You may have to find a way to fool/disconnect the store stat to stop it reheating itself after CH was satisfied.

    Any Point Servicing Boiler?

FFS life's too short. Just imagine those who get to spend it with a buxom wench on one arm, a bottle of champoo in the other whilst having another 2k on the outsider at Ascot. Meanwhile Drivel's sat with his trainspotting notepad checking his mpg and gas rate figures by candlelight.

Apply that logic to any major purchase and the investment will not make sense.

In that case stored water (more so with thermal stores) enables better compatibility with renewable technology (eg solar) should you wish to go that route at a later date.

Biasi Riva Compact 28HE Combi Boiler

Nothing wrong with that. However if you define being 'ripped off' as each time a business sells you something for more than they paid for it, then the only recommendation left is for you to close the door, turn out the lights and wait patiently for doomsday.

You've totally got the wrong end of the stick, which is a shame as for someone with your experience of punter's questions I thought you'd get the joke, but never mind.

    Any Point Servicing Boiler?

F/h**l Gg, thanks for that. Have fitted one before and was worried about alloy and Buderus is supposed to be the best of them. Thankfully gone back to stainless for some time now and found pretty clean on servicing.

    Gas point for cooker

You clearly know all about it then so why ask? Be sure to tell your installer then that he/she can ignore the bit about soundness testing before, dropping, discing & re-connecting meter, soundness testing again after completion, re-commissioning your cooker, re-lighting and checking your...

    Any Point Servicing Boiler?

That only leaves cleaning out the condensate trap, which on your alloy heat exchangered boiler will gradually decompose itself into. Provided of course it doesn't leak causing premature corrosion of the area around it. Then of course there are other minor leaks caused by mis-shapened o-rings...

condensing boiler gas supply is 15mm ok

Because, as I've said before, the facts about pipe sizing, amongst many punters, is taboo to the point where if it were endorsed by everyone from Matt Allwight to David Beckham, they would sooner take advice from Robert Mugabe if it meant keeping the existing 15mm supply.
