Damn! Thanks for a succinct reply!

My Mum\\\'s dishwasher, a Siemens SE53600, is not cleaning well. It seems to be running on cold water and not heating it. I think this is a problem on all 3 programmes. Is it broken? Should it be connected to a hot water supply (can\\\'t find the manual)?
