Thanks galaxyguy got the keyfobs working great :) One last question, Is it possible to reassign a button on the keyfob to trip a relay to open a garage door Can these buttons be programmed ? or have you got to use the preassigned functions , full set , part set, unset & night set. Thanks

Thanks for that info.. that's great Sorry the reason I asked about the range was not for the keyfob purpose but to fit a wireless pir in the shed, which is about 45metres away from the house: long garden😧 Do you know how many Rf keyfobs can be assigned to this system? Thanks Darren

oh really didnt know that. havent actually purchased the receiver yet but its between rf portal and rf rio. Does neither of these receivers use the actual zones for keyfobs whilst were at it do you know the read range of these receiver modules thanks Darren

Hi i have a g2-44 honeywell panel and want to add keyfobs to system as i understand it, as standard the panel has 44 zones that can be wired or wireless question is when the keyfobs are registered on system which zones does it take up on the panel, and how could i check this. Think im right...

yes the obvious would be tamper , but obviusly if tampered with alarm would sound therefore doing its job...... To expand on this i was thinking of fitting a secondary kepad in bedroom as well for part arming , and people wouldnt see codes being entered on main rkp because authorised people...

Have got a a galaxy g2-44 and max3 prox reader can someone tell me if prox readers in general are ok to locate outside entrance of property before entering so arming and disarming done from outside.. Is this perfectly normal maybe recommended route? any reason not to do this? Thanks

take every trv head off and inspect threre might be slight seepege from trv pin!

at the moment the screw you turn will be in line with pipework fully on , turn it quarter turn so it is cutting flow right off .

the reason i ask, say if your extending radiator circuit and you want to put some of these iso's in line and you didnt know which was flow and return from boiler would it make amassivve difference if one was installed wrong way around radiators would still heat up!!!! shirley

normal iso valves (type you turn with screwdriver) why have they got flow arrow marked on them? looks physically the same whichever way around would it affect flow if wrong way around? thanks

excuse my ignorance but suppose on tn system the measured zs is slightly above permissable using bs en 60898 32a figures table 41.3 would i still put the measured figure on the certificate even though its above max allowed, but overall the circuit is protected by rcd, so ok.

just askin whats the norm?,, some sparks put the 1667 figure down????
