thanks for going to the trouble of replying .I meant the hot and cold outlets .anyway in the end got out a plummer and the water pump was gone .

Have a whirlpool washing machine model no AWM 866/wh/wp which is not working on any of the washing programmes . spin programme is fine but machine is not filling up . Have cleaned the filter and checked the hot and cold water valves .
any suggestions ?
