Thanks - dumb question but i can't see how the head comes off. Do i just get manly with it and pull or is there a secret??!!

Hi I have a Drayton Thermostatic Radiator Valve that seems to be sticking. Can the head be removed (without draining the system) for maintenance and so allow me to try manaully moving the valve? I can't find any maintnenance info on the Drayton website. Thanks Rick
