Perhaps the system is empty ? Check header tank in roof or wherever and make sure it has water in. Boiler will cut out quickly with no water :cry:

If you have fitted an Indirect cylinder as you say ? Then it must be faulty or it could be a Primatic ??? Does it say Primatic or single feed cylinder ?

Water will find it's own level so you must have something higher than that vent pipe pushing it out if as you say the pump and fire are not on ? Is there another tank higher ?

The w/m hose pushes onto that and then a jubilee or spring clip.

check for isolation valves turned down or dodgy tap washers first.

Or you can cut the pipe 200mm short of the rad length and refit using same valve.

Most sani's come with a TWO year guarantee and you only installed it last year ? Unless it was second hand :shock: :shock: :shock:

Most boilers only allow for an initial short section of vertical flue. Worcester do a 2oo mm adaptor but thats about it. Horizontal flues are allowed up to 2975 mm.
