Hi We have done this and the aav is ok not leaking but we put the air in the exp vessel aand it just comes straight out of the pipe out the back and the pressure will not rise? Any suggestions please, we think it is the valve or the seat in the prv that has gone would this then need replacing...

I understand that !! But a tap is supposed to let out water , water purposely goes to it, surely water is not supposed to keep going to and out throught the pipe. Water is not supposed to keep coming out so why is reaching it constantly. Does water go there anyway but usually something is there...
