    Hi, Thx for that, I have been nursing it along on the normal cycle for some weeks now, but that is now giving me the same problems and as the powder/rinse aid dispenser is slowly disintegrating I think it's God's way of telling me to stop being such a tightwad and buy the wife a new machine...

    Now you've got me really confused, there are 5 lights as follows : - 1 - Pre-Rinse 2 - Wash 3 - Dry 4 - End and underneath these there is the Salt warning light, but none of them are on steady, the only lights on are 2 & 3 both flashing.

    Wow that was quick :) The 'WASH' light is number 2 & the 'DRY' light is number 3, both were flashing simultaneously.

    Had this dishwasher for many years without any problems at all, but today it stopped during the 'INTENSIVE' cycle with the 'WASH' & 'DRY' lights both flashing. Seems to have completed the wash cycle OK but not the DRY as everything was still wet. Tried holding in the start button for 10...
