Hi all, I'm about to start decorating the extension to my house and would like to know what the "mesh" is that runs around the periphery of the ceiling. What is it and how do I cover it up? Photo attached....I hope. Thanks in advance

Hi guys, I am at the moment, redecorating the lounge - everything but the TV is going to the tip! The existing hot water central heating radiator is a double panel type (with fins on both panels) 1450mm x 750mm, it works great but is about twenty five years old and is also going to the tip...
