THIS WORKS!! I tried the last suggestion. IT WORKS!! Saturating the hair with baby oil and squeeze it out and then wash the hair with Dawn or Palmolive does the trick. 2-3 washes with the dish soap is more than enough. Make sure you keep the soap out of the babies eyes of course.
