tested the expansion vessel nothing came out so i read the faq as suggested and recharged the vessel as per instructions, all seems to be now ok thanks for your help. :lol:

i have checked the pipe and it seems that there is some residue on the pipe looks like it has been dripping the pipe leads straight down from the boiler (it is in the garage) i guess the water has come from there hope this helps with your diagnosis :shock:

Hi everyone help very much appreciated i have above boiler which is losing pressure i need to keep topping it up i have checked everywhere for leaks under floors both upstairs and down but nothing, i have noticed that when the boiler is working the pressure gauge gradually creeps up is this...
