I need to make a very shallow larder on casters. Dimensions 30(wide) x 200 (tall) x 35 (deep). I cannot fins one this shallow anywhere. Does anyone know where i can find or custom make one? Thanks

thanks scrit about the undercoating what would you recommend? i will not be doing the lacquering myself but i will need to prep it. do i apply this before or after the sealant? to seal i was planning on using rustin's water based mdf sealand (is this better than the pva solution?) also...

i am sticking sheets of moisture resistant mdf together. i plan on gluing (polyurethane glue) then sanding with a high grit paper (silicon carbide, 500 grit). it needs to be prepared for lacquering and so the join needs to be as smooth as possible. does this sound like a good preparation...

hi jason curves wont be too tight and only some will be repetitive but any suggestions for making a bandsaw jig would be really helpful - were you going to suggest a spindle moulder for this or got any other clever ideas? cheers again luke

i am trying to paint mdf to give it a high gloss look i was planning on doing it with 2k car paint does anyone have any better suggestions?
