no the water has not been of and it just started today

ive got a acer travelmate 459 1lci and it keeps saying low disk space ive tried to defrag it but i cant get enough space for it to do it ive taken evry thing of that it will let me and it wont let me remove any thing else i dont know what to do with it

its an upright tap and it will turn about a quater of the way round its been ok uptill now

I have hot and cold water upstairs but down stairs the hot water is not running , when i put the tap on it trickles out then stops
