how do I do that because I can't get a grip on them

Hi, I have a few rads with air in them. Problem is the bleeder valves are rounded off and can't be opened. Is there anyway of bleeding the system without me having to replace the rads in question. As far as I know I have a normal oil back burner system. Any help would be greatly appreciated
