Thanks for replying John, as I mentioned, the drying is set to 'Extra Time', certainly not 'off'. Steam used to billow out, but no longer does. Thanks. Paul.

Hi, I have little understanding of what happens in the drying stage; is it simply the the hot water sprayed on the plates that does the drying, or is the chamber heated please? Either way, it is not drying properly (even on extra dry time). Is this a DIY job please? If so, what is...
