    Approx 15 years ago a number of suppliers were offering 'whole house' ventilation systems which would extract stale air from the house and replace with fresh air. Both streams of air passed through a heat exchanger in the loft so that very little heat was lost. Are such systems still available?

    condensation in sealed units

    My 12yr old windows consist of hardwood frames with sealed double glazed units. Frames are ok but many sealed units now have condensation between the glass sheets Does anyone know of a method of correcting this other than replacing all the units concerned.

    metallic bottle traps for sink
