I think I need to replace the thermostat in the main oven as even when you set the oven on a low temperature food is smoking and burnt. It melts the plastic from ready meals. Any ideas how to replace it on this oven or any ideas on what else it could be? Thanks :D

For the past few days I have not been getting hot water unless the central heating is turned on. The pilot does not ignite when I turn hot water tap on, but is fine if I switch the central heating on and then the hot water is fine. Any ideas would be great............
