Hi. Thanks for all replies. Turned out to be fault on 1 circuit. Other circuit giving bad readings due to hidden pir halogen light at other side of building.( After owner told me no other lights.) All repaired and happy now.

As far as i know, all lamps were out and neutrals disconnected. Will be 100% sure when i go back at weekend. Does anyone know a good refresher site/book for fault finding? Thanks for replies.

Hi. I,m trying to trace a fault on lighting circuit that blows fuse after about 1 minute. 2 x circuits are wired into 1 x fuse. When i split circuits i get dead short between Ph & Cpc on both circiuts. Can anyone suggest something.

Hi. New to this forum. I'm trying to run some cables under chipboard flooring in a house. How to i cut access hatches and close them up securely again? Thanks for any help.
