    the shower I had fitted previously work fine with a very effective shower it was a round plastic thing which is no longer available. Seems strange how that worked bt this doesn't. Would I be best fitting a pump or power shower instead ? Lot of messing about, would have to remove tiles just fitted.

    Cold in the bathroom is tank fed the mixer is the following type http://www.plumbworld.co.uk/1677-15908 and the bath taps are the standard ones that came with the suite from B&Q 1/4 turn monoblock
