    Hoover engineer has enlarge the rinse holes by using a drill. All is working fine now with the washing liquid being completely emptied... :D

    Mine has started to do the same thing, clean out the drawer and it works ok for a couple of times then fails to drain the conditioner - :roll: advice needed
