thanks peeps, not on BG contract well was 3*, extension built and builders used grey pipes now BG wont give us full cover...donw graded us very mad..

:cry: Hi Friday the boiler would not fire up on the timer as normal, managed to ignite the pilot light but kept cutting off about every 20 mins. After 12 goes it kept onand left the heating on all night. Last night switched it back to timer same probs wont fire up Pilot light started manual but...
