Problem solved. Was a cold feed blockage and sorted with coat hanger and a bit of patience. Finalised with a cold water flush. Thanks to all who contributed. to solve the problem

Any suggestions on the best way to clear a cold feed pipe would be good. I am assuming i need to diconnect one end and flush this in some way.

why wouldn't power flushing help
