    Paint on copper pipes

    yes you can use paint stripper on the copper pipes nitromorse or well known product.but make sure you cover any thing you don't want stripping, use gloves as well as this can burn the skin,be cautious and all will be ok.

    You can tile over the paint if it just emulsion, if it is oil based eggshell or gloss you may have to use something called unibond, paint this on then let it dry and tile as normal, any loose paint you will have to remove hope this helps. :)
