:( Can anyone help? I've been emailing admim with a query about joining the combustion chamber for over 3 weeks now, without reply. Any suggestions, or are they allways this slow?

Happy new year to everyone, please be gentle with me on my first post. I have a icon 23t combi which is 7 years old, when you open a hot tap the boiler will only fire when the tap is fully open and so the water is at best aired. with the central htg on and the boiler fired the water at the taps...
