    Alpha 280 E HELP!

    Hi All, Has anyone got a USER manual for the above ? I have just moved into my new house but i am having a little problem. Sometimes i get hot water sometimes not. It fires up ok but the water only gets luke warm. Any ideas most welcome... Kindest regards . Bob
