Personal choice , I stopped mine at fireplace , I used standard lightweight coving fixed 30mm below ceiling to wall only , than ran led along top edge.

Could be stuck valve or crud in rad obstructing flow .

What about coving with led?

I can’t see anyone being happy with wonky walls and therefor doorways . RIP out and replace stud work.

Make sure the drain hose is raised higher than the sink waste or it will syphon in dirty dishwater and smell.

Mounted on the ceiling in may be noisy due to vibration, better to fit inline fan if space permits.

Could you not reverse in, eliminating the need to turn the bikes?
