Hi, this boiler is about 5 years old. Problem with it is that the water doesn't heat up sufficiently - you brobably only get about an inch of hot water in the bath before it's cold. Also get a lot of 'lock outs'. Does anyone have any ideas out there of what the matter is? thanks
