    Key Spins in Mortice Lock on One Side

    Hi, We've had some new keys cut and have found that one of them just spins when you try and lock the door. This only happens from the outside and only on trying to lock it - can lock/unlock from inside and unlock from outside. Any ideas? Is this a poorly cut key or a dodgy lock? TIA.
